I bought this book today, Connecticut Curiosities by Susan Campbell and Bill Heald.
This is what I've been looking for, finally! A book that tells me all the fun, wacky, funky places to go to while in Connecticut.

Oh yeah, did you know that Silly Putty was invented in New Haven, Connecticut? How fun!

Did you ever visit any of the places in this book? I was just at the bookstore and saw Weird New England, and was wondering if there was a book more specific to Connecticut.
Also, oddly enough, I clicked on your blog to look for places you might have visited in CT, and saw that your name is Jessica Garret and that you're from Richmond, VA. Are you related to Greg Garrett? The my brother was good friends with the Garrett kids in elementary and high school.
